Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

The service

AutoMuse is a free tool that helps you plan and generate social media content using AI providers you connect. It is provided "as is", without warranties.

Your responsibilities

• You follow the Acceptable Use & Content Policy and the terms of each AI provider and social platform you use.
• You own and are responsible for what you create and publish.
• You keep your API keys safe. Provider charges on your keys are between you and the provider.

Payments and refunds

AutoMuse is free and charges nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Any costs come from the AI providers you connect, under their terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AutoMuse is not liable for lost data, provider charges, account actions by social platforms, or indirect damages. Back up your data regularly.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use AutoMuse means you accept the updated terms.
